Every item is made to order by Alex and Chloe. No robots, no mile-long conveyor belts, no shouting supervisors, not even a single chinese child labourer in sight – just us, an attic full of lasers, cutters, hopes and dreams, and far too much tea. We still do a little happy dance every time a new order appears.
